1. User Administration
Roles are grouped into Business and Government users.

OSDBU Admins can manage:
Anonymous Users
Contractors (Admin or regular)
OPDIV roles (CS, CO, PO, HCA, etc.)
SBA PCR
OSDBU roles (SBS, Admin, Director, Deputy)
OSDBU Admins can activate users, manage access and reset passwords.
Additional permissions:
Forecast Creation/Publishing
Small Business Review Access
Operating Divisions

2. Account Management
Users must update availability in My Account → Update Availability to appear in routing workflows.

3. Events
Events are managed via Eventbrite. SBCX displays:
Event name and date
Number of businesses registered
Attendee details
You can click the business name to view profiles and add notes.
4. Reports
Available reports depend on your role.
Tabs include:
- Overview
Reviews by division
Published opportunities
Registered users
Notes taken
- Users and Businesses
Filter by date
Totals by OPDIV
- Small Business Reviews
Completed/approved/revised stats
- Opportunity Forecasts
Filter published forecasts
- SBA Review Summary
- Subcontracting Reviews
- Outstanding Reviews

5. Content Management
Authorized users can edit homepage banners, OSDBU communications, HUBZone spotlights, and more.
Editable areas include:
Carousel banners (title, body, video ID)
Announcements for industry or government
HUBZone company spotlights

To create internal links:
- Highlight anchor text
- Use the attachment icon
- Use #Label to create a bookmark
- Link the label from elsewhere in the doc
Authorized users can approve and publish changes.
